The UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were set in 2015 by the United Nations General Assembly. UN aspires for these ambitious goals to be successfully achieved by the year 2030.
There are 17 interlinked global goals as a generic blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. On this note GIUF is completely commited in helping these declared goals for the ummah, adding the need to establish an equitable, fair and secured future for all.
These 17 SDGs are aligned to the three core thrusts of GIUF – GIUF Economy, GIUF Unity and GIUF Living. To translate these goals to outcomes, GIUF created projects with its partners to produce the desired impact to the target group within the ummah.
